Pearson VUE administers Digital Marketing Institute computer based exams via its global network of test centers. The examination fee is payable directly to Pearson if your program does not include Exam Voucher.
A learner may express their right to cancel their purchase via email. On this expression a full refund will be issued without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days. If a learner decides they do not want to commence the course during the initial period of 14 days a refund is only warranted if they have not accessed their program.
Once the Program has been accessed by a student, this is indication of use of service and express acceptance of the above terms and conditions, and as a result no refunds will be issued at that point as it negates the cooling off period.
